Cinema Collection
This is a series of portraits of actors and directors I started as a personal project, partly as a homage those in that industry who I admire but chiefly as a way of aerobics for my brain, to improve my illustration skills and explore new ways of portraying a person beyond the physical appearance.
Some of them may have a hair made up of words relating to the subject's creations, while other character's tangled personality is reflected by a giant mess of straw on their heads. The mood of the colours also reflect the mood of his most personal creations.
